Money Matter$ LLC was founded by Mrs. Lisa M. Wallington because of her desire to help children and teens develop a fundamental understanding of how money works, to help them set and achieve financial goals and build financial confidence. Mrs. Wallington’s personal upbringing and highs & pitfalls with money has made her a unique and in-demand youth financial mentor.

It’s the end of 2025 and Money Matter$ just wrapped up our fourth year in business, but in truth…we’re just getting started! As the founder, my favorite moments this year were hosting the virtual financial literacy summer book club, reflecting on my homemade wallet, a gift from one of my sons years ago, publishing our second youth financial literacy calendar, experiencing pure joy and humility when witnessing and receiving philanthropy and last but certainly not least…realizing that the search for a youth financial literacy bookstore section continues.
This mega-passion of mine continues to grow in my heart as well as in many homes in the United States and the Caribbean. In 2025 we reached over 1,474 visitors to moneymatters4life.com website and triple the engagement on Instagram! The key takeaway is: We’re In Demand! 2026 is a few days away, so here’s your reminder that we’re here to stay and we look forward to serving our existing and new communities!
